At Jamoo we do not offer straight refunds, although we do offer exchanges and credit notes.
Our customer should love their Jamoo, and for it to fit them accordingly, so the customer may return their Jamoo within 10 days of purchase at the postage expense of the customer. We can also offer a credit note which is valid for 1 year if the desired product is not available at the time of exchange. Send us an Email or an Instagram message informing us that you’d wish to exchange and we can facilitate from there.
