How does sizing work
Fit is recommended slightly oversized, although it is as you wish. See our SIZE GUIDE page for more details.
How do I wash my Jamoo?
We recommend cold wash separately to other clothes.
Can I return or exchange my Jamoo?
We do not offer refunds on change of mind. We do want our customer to love their Jamoo, and for it to fit them accordingly so a customer may return within 10 days of purchase at the postage expense of the customer. We can also offer a credit note which is valid for 1 year.
What happens if my Jamoo gets a hole
This may occur due to wear and tear. We encourage repairing because the jumper is still good as “re-new!”.
Options: - Watch a mending tutorial on youtube or - Find your local repair seamstress or - Send it back to Jamoo and we can do it for you too!
Can I use my own towels?
We love it when we get this request! Of course you can and we encourage it by providing you with a discount for the jumper. We also give discounts when you donate towels.
